Green MotorSport® offers the following Returns Policy:

Returns and Exchanges: All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number and will be issued for Returns or exchanges that meet the following guidelines. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No return will be accepted after 30 days from date of shipment. Returns will not be accepted without proper authorization information visibly posted on the exterior of the package. Freight must be prepaid.

* * * Custom parts and Special Ordered parts

* * * Parts on Special Price or Clearance

* * * Used or discontinued parts

* * * Electrical parts

* * * Damaged parts that have been modified, previously installed or altered in any way

Phone Green MotorSport, LLC®  (703-896-0582) to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). The RA Number must accompany your return and be marked clearly on the outside of the box to ensure your claim is properly reviewed and your account credited (providing your return meets the criteria above). Merchandise must be returned to the address indicated on the RA in the original packaging and be in perfect resalable and non-used condition within 30 days of the original invoice date. COD returns cannot be accepted. Return freight charges must be prepaid. Parts returned due to customer error will be subject to a restocking charge. Custom Order and Special Order items are not returnable.

Green MotorSport® offers the following Returns Policy in conjuntion with IPD:

IPD has earned the reputation for standing behind each and every IPD product with a 100% full money back guarantee if not completely satisfied after 30 days from receiving the product ordered. This money back guarantee applies only to the original purchaser of any IPD product.

IPD has elevated the customer service bar in the after market industry with their commitment to unparalleled customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied and wish to return your IPD product please contact our office to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number. Please include this number along with your original invoice inside the package containing the IPD product being returned.

IPD offers a "Money Back Guarantee". Unlike many other after market performance manufacturers, IPD doesn't give you "Store Credit" unless requested otherwise. All IPD product are designed to deliver the performance improvements we claim, if they are not please return your purchase for a full "Money Back" guarantee.

Innovative Pro Design warrants to the original purchaser that all IPD products will be free from structural and material defects for as long as the original purchaser owns said IPD product. Any and all IPD product will be replaced by IPD if the product is found to be defective or suffers from incorrect fitment issues. IPD will not warranty product that has sustained damage from negligent actions. This includes damage from mishandling product and performing improper installation techniques.

This Warranty does not apply to any matter not covered above and shall in no event apply to:

1. Any defect, malfunction or failure caused by damage to IPD Product in transit, off highway use, abuse, misuse, accident or negligence.
   
2. IPD product that have been altered, repaired or modified in any way, including cosmetic painting or coating of any product not performed by IPD.
   
3. IPD Product that has not been installed in accordance with IPD instructions or which has been installed on incorrect vehicle applications
   
4. Product experiencing corrosion or cosmetic blemishes occurring after purchase due to use of any caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions or neglect.
   
5. IPD will not be responsible for covering or reimbursing customers for labor charges incurred from any IPD product installation or removal
